Several months ago I tried to use a gift card during one of the Body Shop's sales. After filling up a cart of the items I wanted, I was met with several errors. After talking to customer service I was told that they didn't accept online gift cards at that time, so I had to go to the store in my state to get a few items (when I wanted online-only products). No biggie, right? But now, 8 months later I am attempting to use my $10 birthday voucher and I'm getting even more errors with my address (which hasn't changed) and the voucher itself. Apparently with $11 worth of stuff in my cart, the $10 voucher somehow "exceeds the bags price" (notice that they forgot the apostrophe in "bags"?). Not only do their offers not work on the site when they encourage their users to participate in points, birthday vouchers, and gift cards; but their website is extremely sloppy and unprofessional as well. The products don't sort correctly, the categories are unorganized, there are tons of spelling mistakes, and I don't trust it with my money. I used to love the Body Shop, but I'm done.
