Worst customer service for their own error

I would give this zero stars if I could. I ordered a bullbar for my husband for Xmas. It arrived and the order number on the box did not match my order number. We opened the box and the directions inside were for a Chevy Silverado, not the Dodge Ram we own. We immediately called and their phone system hung up on us five times throughout the day before ever speaking to anyone. We then tried calling the following day. We were told that their vendors sometimes put the wrong instructions in the box and that doesn’t mean it’s the wrong part. Even though the order numbers didn’t match either. We were told we had to take the bullbar out of the packaging and take photos of it not lining up against our dodge to prove to them it was the wrong part they sent. We did so. We then attempted to email them as directed. Four times the email bounced back due to their inbox being too full. We called again. We were told that we would just have to keep trying until it goes through as they clear out emails throughout the day. The next morning the email went through. We then heard nothing back for the rest of the day. We called the following day and were told that they have the email and would start the right part out to us. Fast forward a week and we received a return label. We called immediately and spoke to Raul. We were now told that we needed to mail this part back before they initiate any movement on getting us the part we ordered. Understandable, add it to the tasks we have already done to prove they sent the wrong part. However, Raul could not tell us how long it would take once they received the wrong one back, to start our new one out. He was extremely rude and condescending and at one point told us this was a courtesy that he was even sending the return label. For an item they shipped wrong. Gee, thanks Raul. I asked to speak to his supervisor several times and he told me he was in charge of everything. I asked who owns the business and he of course said he did and to write that down next to his name in parentheses. It was all very childish and completely unprofessional. I am in complete shock as to how we have been treated through this whole process. We ordered the correct part and this business has our money for that part yet we are still without a part. We are also being treated as though this entire situation is inconvinent to them.
