Worst Alarm Company

I have been on hold for over an hour . Their online chat don't work. I just tried texting them, again an hour before they answer. If it wasn't that I have to pay for the last 18 months I would have drop them long ago. I was with Protect America which was 100% better. User's recommendation: Don't do business with this company if you can help it.
