Cynthia Santana did my friend hair and ruined it. She was not clear about the cost and when she ruined her hair, my friend and her husband questioned her about the cost and she called the police. Nothing came out of it because even they were in shock after looking at the color of her hair. This woman is a liar and con artist who I heard steal other salons pictures from overseas and post them on her website. I was told that after going to her salon a customer credit card was used several times.
