Worker’s Compensation Insurance application had the wrong exclusion form and we were never notified.

ADP Insurance Agency took our application for Worker's Compensation but gave us the wrong officers exclusion form to sign. Consequently, our bimonthly payroll deduction was 250% more than we were quoted. Unfortunately I did not notice the error until the policy came up for renewal reflecting the grossly inflated premium. That's when they admitted they had us sign a State Fund exclusion form instead of an AmGUARD exclusion form, and never attempted to correct the mistake over the following 12 months, despite AmGUARD twice requesting the proper form. Now we must wait to see if ADP's management will do the right thing by refunding us the overcharge due to their representative's incompetence and lack of follow through. I have already spent several hours of my time trying to get this resolved. This is very disappointing as I am more than satisfied with their payroll services. I guess the ancillary sale never gets the professionalism one would hope.
