Won’t return email requests

I purchased some artwork from Dimple Art and sometime later emailed them to ask how I can get a HIGH res version of my pic as the original did not stand up to enlargement. I emailed them 5 times... Nothing!! I suggest NOT doing business with them. BTW they are located in Thailand. Their 24-hour response claim is BS.
