Why does your website never let me login????

I have owned a Rapid paycard for about 4 months now and i check my balance frequently... Ive only been able to log in to my account thru your website twice... TWICE!! I always have to call and answer 50 verification questions to get my balance... I cannot be the only person that has complained about your horrible website. What exactly is the problem, and will it be fixed soon. I honestly want to switch cards over this frustrating, pain in my side that you call a website. Please respond and let me know if this problem is going to get fixed or if i should just switch to a different carrier. Thank u for your time.
