Do yourself a favor and don't ever buy from 1800mobiles since most of what their website promises is never what you wind up getting. If you are lucky, you get some customer service rep who apologizes profusely and if pressed, will admit that this is the way the company gets consumers to want to buy an item, or a service, and then at the last minute the entire deal changes and the rep is told to just keep apologizing because enough people will go through with the sale at that point because of the time they have already spent on it. However, they will never rectify the situation. It is too bad that internet purchasing is coming to the point where you can't believe in its reliability and that there are certain merchants, like this one, who see it as an opportunity to mislead and defraud the public, and ruin it for everyone else.
