Website. Is not user friendly

I have an iul and am an agent who has spent hrs trying to update information i had thought including my liscence renewal and my address thought both neither have been i have spent hrs even called numberes even responded to an email with a step a support number that didnt have right information so ive tried to update but have not been successful
