Have a bathroom shower single handle model 14402 .The water would not shut off ,had to shut off supply.Had a hard time removing handle after I removed set screw.Used lubricant spray in set screw hole ,did not help actually had to pry off handle which broke off.Later found stem broken off in handle.Got cartridges assembly out .Called 1-80*-***-**** warranty claim .Lady said she would sell cartridge assembly to me 25% off for a cost of $66 .I explained to her about delta warranty as long as I own faucet..She said over and over 25% .I say do not buy delta for their warranty.Like any other warranty they mean nothing.NOTHING AT ALL.DO User's recommendation: Buy MOEN THEIR WARRANTY 100% BETTER .DO NOT BUY DELTA.
