I tried to use PARTS WAREHOUSE.COM website to order as instructed by a EUREKA call center, but when filled out form and clicked order, would not take it. then tried twice to call 1-86*-243-**** and left message to get a call back as they said all operators were busy- still did not hear from any one after 2 hrs. I am very disappointed in their Customer service. Can't seems to get any satisfaction from anyone. User's recommendation: no i would not recommend buying EUREKA.
