Very unpleased with warranty purchase

First, let me say I have been very satisfied with Darvin for over 20 years. It is just the last few years that I have become disgruntled. The first purchase was a sofa sleeper and a dinette set(5/25/17 #78226****). The pillows on the sofa began to sag, and the dinette set chipped and became discolored. There was no resolution. My current issue is a mattress I purchase on (3/28/18 #17233****). The mattress is bulging and the underside is ripping. An inspector came out and I was told I would be contacted, I never was. Upon calling, I was told that theunder sidingg was not a manufacturer problem and the bulge was from wear and tear. This mattress cost $1,264.00. I feel something should have been done I purchased a GBS warranty for $99.00 for a 10 year protection plan
