Very poor customer service. This company does not warrant their workmanship
This company replaced a vynle liner in my inground pool 09/07/2018 pool was closed and never used after the repair because it was end of season. 06/04/2019 when my pool was opened I discovered that the liner had separated in several places, and cintinues to separate!!!! I contacted Craig the owner and he offered to fix the problem for an additional cost, he refused to warrant his workmanship, the separation is probably caused by the liner not being properly installed. I'd rather pay someine else to fix the problem that to do anymore business with this company!! Every company I've called to have the problem fixed has quoted me less than half of the additional fee if $395.00 Craig wanted to charge and they all said that shame in him!! All other companies warrant there workmanship for a minimum of 2 years!! If you need any pool repairs shop around, this company is a scam!!! I've submitted a claim with the better business bureau and I've informed my insurance company that paid for this job to inform them of the poor customer service I've received so that they no longer honor any claims submitted by A-1 pools!!!
