Very poor company

This company should absolutely NOT be distributors for diabetic supplies. My daughter is a type 1 diabetic and relies on her continuous glucose monitor. Every three months it's the same thing. I place an order. It gives me a ship date. I log back in on the ship date, it's still "in progress." I call them. They need my credit card info (after being on hold for at least 30 minutes, sometimes over an hour). IT'S ONLINE! I ATTEMPTED TO PAY WHEN I PLACED THE ORDER!! My daughter goes several days w/out the CGM. That means we are up every two hours every night doing finger *** Edgepark shouldn't be in business. User's recommendation: AVOID IF POSSIBLE.
