Am not happy at all and not satisfied about your service... I bought a new vacuum machine at al asmakh mall store, at July 2018 and the machine having problems .. I took it back 2 times and every time they keep it for 2 weeks and still the same problem. Staff not helping at all .. store manager helpless also .. I offer them either to give me a new one or to give me any other machine to use it until they will fix it .. the didn't agree .. Vacuum machine normally will be used in a daily basis and I can't stay for 4 weeks without a vacuum machine at home ... Please advice ...
