The worst customer service, the oddest payment schemes - you cannot just use a credit card - and they take your money but do not credit your account. When I started the service a while ago, they actually responded to 1-2 inquiries but this time trying to get some help, I have called their telephone numbers and sent 6 email requests for support - NONE/NONE of them answered. The system does work as advertised. So if you can set it up, get what you want, and have it function correctly, it's good but more like 1960s customer service in a large government bureaucracy where you engage in some endless run around to do one thing. I'm guessing that because it's in Thailand and the level of English usage there is low, there is a reluctance or inability to provide basic support. So if you can deal with no support but a product that works at a good price, then you have a solution. User's recommendation: Caveat Emptor.
