Beware if you live outside Rapid City. They sent two servicemen for a general maintenance call. For the one hour service call, I was billed 6 hours of labor ( 3 hours each serviceman at $55 & $60 per hour). In addition, I find their mileage rate of $.85 unreasonable. Last year they serviced my boiler & I ended up with a $2-3k bill. This year they wanted to bill me another $3500 for additional repairs which I declined. They probably would have sent 4 servicemen for this repair and bill me 8 hours each of labor & mileage on top of the $3500 in parts. Be sure to ask if they intend to send all the servicemen with nothing to do and bill you for it.
