Unfulfilled order after more than 3 months

I placed an order over three months ago and keep getting emails saying that due to Covid-19 there are shipping delays. I still have not received the order and yet their website says that the item is "in stock and ships today" Absolute crap and the last time I'll ever do business with them. User's recommendation: avoid this POS business if you can.
