Unbelievably rude employees and payoff changing every 5 minutes

I have a similar issue I’m fighting now. It’s a long story but the bottom line of it is I was attempting to purchase my leased vehicle at the end of the lease. They (GMFinancial) kept giving me different payoffs each and every time I called, even though each one advised the payoff good for 10 days, once it changed IN MINUTES, the time it took for one rep to transfer me to another rep because I was asking questions re: why the difference. (Again, there’s a bit more to the story; just hitting high points) When I asked to speak to a manager, I was put on hold for an excessive length of time (I think she thought I would just hang up) and she finally came back and told me the manager (George) said he “had 72 hours” to call me back. Instead, they repoed the vehicle. I had even told each person I had already obtained financing and had a check from my credit union. Now, no one wants to discuss it and I received a letter from GM Financial advising I now owe $39, 746.87 when the lease plainly states, if I want to purchased lease end the cost would be $23,688.50.
