Unacceptable customer service!!!

The worst customer service I have ever dealt with. Placed the order on line, and when I checked on the delivery was told I needed to pay $90 for a lift gate as I was a residential customer and the delivery service was coming to a home and not delivering to a loading dock. I accepted that even though I thought the price was high. According to my contract the delivery guy should have stayed until the chairs were unwrapped to see if there were damages, which he did not do. As soon as he dropped off the chairs, he left leaving behind the wood pallet which we had a hard time getting rid of, jumped in his truck and drove off. I receive my credit card statement and there was an additional charge of $110. We called and a discourteous and obnoxious guy from customer service tells me we were charged the $110 because we were a residential customer. What difference does this make? I never received a phone call. The company accessed our credit card for the additional cost. I will never order furniture online again and never from this company.
