Unable to see my photos and other photos

I regularly have the problem of not seeing my photos or of others. Today I posted a photo which I cannot see but I got notifications from others about the photo but I cannot see their photos. This happens to me all the time. I am a paid member and I think this kind of service is not acceptable from a so called Premier photographic site. You cannot contact them.

If you are actual Representative of 500px you can contact the user using the comment form and help resolve the situation. The user can always mark his complaint as "resolved". Maintain your brand image, it is FREE.
