We had to send 2 parcels to Scotland in the highlands, they took the money no tracking number and parcels not collected, but the craziest and annoying problem is there is no way to contact them no matter what you follow to contact on them it just gives you an answer to basically wait. This is a disgusting way to run a business especially of their size taking money not collecting and not being able to contact.AvoidAvoi tthem User's recommendation: Avoid at all cost better services out there just google them.
