Trying to get information from 123stores so I can submit a claim with UPS

I received an email last week from 123Stores saying they would take care of my claim. Mind you this is over $1000 claim. I have not heard an update since. They wont give out mandatory information required for the claim. Not happy that I couldnt talk with a real person. Probably wont be buying anything from this company again. I provided pictures to them. User's recommendation: Good luck getting in touch with a real person!!!
