After ordering a product, upon receiving it, it was not what it was supposed to be. It was in a plastic baggie and most of the product was broken into pieces, with crumbs. Although the rep for this company kept saying it was the product I had ordered, I disagreed after taking not only one, but at a different time two at the same time. Through many, many emails between us, she said they would refund my money and for me to throw away the product, which was nothing but trash pills from India so of course I did that.
