I wanted to buy AMERICAN MADE furniture, so I went to CRAWFORD furniture in Amherst NY. Paid cash and bought $3800 worth of furniture on March 2nd, 2011. Was told 8-10 weeks for delivery. Now it's June 7th and NO FURNITURE!!! Salesman CURT....does not return calls. Office manager JOSH now claims 3-4 MORE weeks for delivery. I DON"T BELIEVE THEM. All their local stores (5) are now closed for remodeling??? I think that this is the beginning of a bankrupt sale. My advice is "Don't buy anything from CRAWFORD that you can't carry out with you.....and pay by credit card"!!!!
