They kept taking money and we stop the process and they haven't sent money back, we sent faxes stating to this fact and now they aren't answering our calls. We would like to know what can we do to get our money, for we are on a fixed income and they ***'d a disabled senior citizen out of 865..Dollars. We only receive 1900 a month and don't see how anyone can take half of your monthly income. If there is anyone out there to help us with this and get our money back, please let us know.
