No communication office personnel is rude not helpful they also lie about everything , they will drop you as a client and not even tell you. Their aids are inexperienced and lazy and spend all their time on their cell phones, if you complain they blame you as being hard to deal with. Do they really want the aids to get paid to sit and play games on their cell phones? No matter what the aids do no matter how bad they never get rid of them. User's recommendation: Stay away!!!
