To advise people to not use DHL

I have never dealt with such incompetent idiots in my life. .currently parcel sitting in the warehouse, end of day 11. It's not lost, "we are unable to locate it ". policy, I was told, to declare lost if not found between 3-5 business days. But "we are busy" they say! every day, the caseworker Leslian, states she will call me with an update. she never does. Only after I have sent emails and phoned numerous times does she respond with the same story. "Í'm waiting for the warehouse to locate it" . I point out that its beyond the policy time.....its a vicious circle Never, ever, use this company. C User's recommendation: use another company. if vendor uses this company, change vendor.
