they're liar....i called them at 3 months ago to terminate my program with them, but they continue to do the auto-charge from my bank account for 2 more months. but now, they sent me a mail, said i still owed them one month's premium. Folks, this is an awful insurance company don't do business with them. User's recommendation: never do business with them.
