I purchased numerous outdoor lights from you about 2-3 years ago. They were all very beautiful, extremely well made and I felt I got a great value. On my pagoda lights, the glass got cloudy so when I switched to LED I was going to buy new glass. I ordered them at a landscaping store and when I went to pick them up, I was told there was no charge as they were guaranteed!!!! Recently during a tree trimming, a pagoda light was knocked over, the glass broke and a part got thrown away with the debris. I called AQLighting, was told to email a picture, got a response back within about 10 minutes. I then had to request a return authorization which I did, received that with hours. They replaced the missing glass for free, glued what needed to be glued and changed me $10 for the other part I needed and sent it back to me. Not only do you have a fabulous product, you were very helpful when I ordered these lights and your customer service is unbelievable. Thank you so much, it is such a pleasure doing business with you.
