They took $300 and told me I have to pay them more to receive profits

Update by user Oct 10, 2020 No contact has been made to resolve this as I write this update on October 9, 2020. On our last communication, they claimed that I cannot hurt their reputation and they believe that I am wrong to claim they are a fraud. They removed their customer service chat and stopped all communication. I believe that they feel untouchable. They need to be held accountable. End of story. Original review posted by user Sep 10, 2020 On August 4th, 2020 I was approached by Walter Wilkerson of Myrtle Beach, SC as his LinkedIn profile said, and he said he was an Options Trader that worked for a company out of England that was called 24SkyOption.com (it was later changed to 24SkyOption.online after I was already committed to $300 in my account, but it transferred my money into the new site and they said it was an upgraded site). It took some time, but I had transferred the funds in bitcoin from my CoinBasse account by August 28, 2020. So Walter said they had to trade the $300 for 7 business days in order to get my full return. I expected about $650 from their website advertising, but Walter said he thought with the way trades were going that it could exceed $4000. I was told that I could take out profits and reinvest the rest when the trade was complete on September 7th, 2020. The trade stopped at $6677 in my account. And I was told by Walter that I had exceeded the amount of money allowable in the basic trade account, and I needed to withdraw the entire amount and take my profit, and then reinvest in the higher trade account if I wanted to trade again. When I contacted customer service to help me withdraw my money, they said that because I had exceeded the amount of the basic trade program, I could not withdraw my money until I provided another $860 USD to them. I told them that didnt make any sense. And they told me that it was in the rules and regulations that I had been given at the beginning of my sign up. I hadnt been given any rules and regulations, so I asked Greg Shaw from Customer Service to send them to me. He said he would, but didnt, and instead just stopped corresponding with me. I then requested the rules and regulations from Walter, and he sent over a set that didnt really pertain to the site the way it was now being portrayed. It seemed to be for a previously offered website of the same name that had a gaming portion to it which I never saw or participated in at all. Even so, in these rules and regulations that Walter sent, I showed him where they stated that not only could I withdraw the funds if I exceeded the amount allowable, but I MUST withdraw the funds. When I showed him that, Walter stopped corresponding with me. I realize I probably lost that money now, but I only want to recoup the $300 or at least warn others not to believe in this company or others like it because they are scams. Their listed address is First Floor, CPC4 Capital Park, Cambridge, CB21 5XE, UK. Their listed phone number is +447537****39. Their listed email is info@***.online I have screen shots of the site and other components of the transaction along with their rules and regulations as well and conversations between me and Walter mainly along with his WhatsApp number for proof. Update: On September 10, 2020 the chat help function was removed from the website completely, and I finally heard back from Walter and he is holding the company line claiming that the terms and conditions state that I need to give them more money to release my earned funds and upgrade my account, which it does not. User's recommendation: Do not do business with 24SkyOption or ones like them. They are ponzi schemes.
