they stole money from my credit card after my stay

1

I stayed at CrucesInn on August 17th. I was doing the Camino De Santiago (that day, I was walking from Caldas de Reis to Padron, which was around 21 km). I did not realize that the listing was an extra 6.5km from Padron since the listing said it was in Padron and I did not bother to check the map. Anyways, because of this, I was trying to email them all day about if I could arrive late, when the last time to check-in was, if the address was correct, food options, and what-not. First, I tried emailing several times through booking.com. After waiting many hours and receiving no reply, I tried emailing them using their "contact us" form on their website. I submitted the form, which did not ask for any credit card information or anything like that, just a name, email, and message. Just like normal "contact us" pages. I submitted the form and got an email at 3:45 PM on August 17th saying they received the booking request and that I would get an email response with whether or not it was approved by them. It literally said "Por favor espere la aprobación. A continuación están los detalles." I emailed them back at 3:46 PM (one minute later) saying that this was not supposed to be a reservation, only an inquiry about my current reservation. But I did not receive any email after that, so the only thoughts I had about it was about how bad their customer service was because they never answer emails. When I arrived to check-in that night, I paid the 13 euros for that one night by credit card and signed for only 13 euros to be charged to my card. Which it was. Everything went on as normal and no one said a word to me about the accidental "reservation" until two days later, Aug 19, 2018 at 10:03 AM. I received an email about the reservation request. It said they expected me to arrive the day before (even though they never sent a reservation confirmation and clearly never acknowledged my email saying I did not want the reservation). And as a response, I told them once again that I did not want the reservation. Which is very obvious not only because I stated so in my previous email, but also because they were completely aware I left the day after I stayed to continue on the Camino de Santiago. Keep in mind, there was no way of canceling the accidental "reservation" other than over email, which is what I did. I received an unauthorized charge of $89.29 on my credit card, which I had not entered information for on their website, on August 19th. I proceeded to have someone with me call them to ask them to remove the charge. The man on the phone kept going on about how he needed to contact the Finance department to ask them to remove it. Well, long-story-short, three days pass and I still do not have contact information from him for "his boss" or the "financial department" and have not heard about their "response". At this point, my friend and I are very sure that this man is the boss and that he is lying to us about everything.
