They promised not to take money until our loan would be send, but they lied to us

We took loan from the company Advanceloans LLC. The rep told us that they would charge for $50, but only after our money would be send. So, we applied for the loan and provided all necessary info and papers, but after that they charged us and hadn’t provided loan. All our attempts to reach these jerks failed. I wonder if there are people, who faced the same problem? I really need help or any useful advice. Please, post your comments and ideas. Thanks.
