Sir/madam, I ordered 2 items (shower bases). Items cost me $580.98; I waited 30 days and my products had not been delivered. I tracked the items and was told that they where returned due by the carrier because they were unable to contact me. Come to fine out, the carrier didn't have my contact info to call me or to deliver the product (seller error). Then I was told I would have to reorder the product because it had been returned to the seller and that my account would be credited. Later my account was credited $378.75. That's $202.223 less what I paid for the product... So I never received the product and then I was charge @202.23 just for hell of it. Wtf! That's known as theft by deception. I have attempted to contact this seller several times, but no answer. I left several messages, but no return call. No attempted at all by the seller to resolve my issue. Send me my product or return my money...
