Jeff is a fagg and he acts like a businessman but in reality he can go in a GL parade cuz that what he can do best. He doesn’t understand the business and his reputation SUCKS in DC!! 90% of his clients knows that HO is a low place but affordable for them ($21.97: $11.50 to their African workers and $10.47 to his dirty pocket).
