The policy of cancellation

I decided to leave my company that is responsible for life insurance, in order to use the services of the company Primerica. My policy was to become valid a week after our first conference. In the middle of the week I called my agent of insurance and asked her to cancel the policy. She told me that I could take some money from my personal profile and the policy, of course, be annulated. If necessary some additional payment will be taken. I knew that they were honest. A month later, I went to the bank and then I saw that $200 disappeared from my personal account. I contacted the agent again and excused but they refused doing it again, that’s why I am still waiting to get my money back. And I haven’t ever received the letter that my insurance was annulated. That’s why I can say that the quality of services is really very poor and dissatisfying.
