I ordered the ice maker as advertised for $39.99 and received a plastic chrome colored ice scoop instead. I paid thru PayPal, filed a complaint/dispute thru PayPal for not receiving the correct item. PayPal denied my claim because of proof of delivery. Delivery was a plastic Ice scoop. This is false advertising and I want refunded in full. I have contacted titeean @ [protected]@gmail.com and walterjohn4455 @ [protected]@gmail.com via email only to be given a refund of 50% of the total $45.98 that I paid. I am currently being advised by my attorney and plan to sue this company for false advertising. This company is out to scam the consumer. I am also contacting the Better Business Bureau.
