The faucet leaks again. The same problem.

But it is leaking again, five months later. I'd like them to send new parts that have the bugs worked out. The "ceramic" valve technology they tout just doesn't work! I'm open to Delta's thoughts on a remedy. They can send parts that work, or offer an upgrade to a different model, or finally, just refund the cost of the unit. I can provide a receipt. I'd like to make this work out, with Delta's cooperation. I've used the product line many times over the years, with no callbacks! Thanks for your help. Dave R.
