I have been trying to take care of everything since my husband has been stationed in Korea, well we were told we'd be sent to North Carolina and so we decided to buy a home, since is is still in Korea I proceeded to find the how and do things to make it easier for us later. Well that is what i attempted to do the house stuff went find, but whenit comes down to moving the things thats when it got stressful and beyond complicated. we were sat up with a moving company in West Monroe , La. the name is Action Mobility Movers, they are located on 705 Natchitoches st., West Monroe, La 71291 and I was called on the Friday before to go over what would take place. Monday I was there at the home at the crack of dawn went a purchased two dozen donuts and made coffee just to show appreciation, the time came and went of the expected arrival, so i called to find out if there was a delay and sure enough they werent going to show up now until 2pm, so i asked couldnt someone have called, the man named john got really ugly and acted as if he didnt want to show up at all,it was a hassle to him to fit customers in. Isnt this your job I thought, shouldnt you be happy to have a company with business like this, considering alot of businesses have struggled. Well I let that go. Later is was around maybe 1pm something, and I called to only verify if they were going to storage or my home first becuase i had forgotten if i asked my mind is ninety to nothing at this point, so i wanted to be sure I was where they'd show up. When he got to the ohone He started talking to me like I was some dumb woman who didnt know anything, and how I didnt listen to him and I needed to pay attention, I told him to not treat me this way. He got louder. then he said you know what how about we dont show up at all, he stated he would call the tmo office and tell them he wasnt showing. so i said ok because at this point I dont want this guy or his company touching my things. Im hysterical at this point because here it is the next week we are supposed to be moving and the stuff still lies unpacked and un moved. I called tmo as well, this is still unresolved but I would suggest if you are moving not to go with Action Mobility Movers, If you cant handle the stress and busyness of your business you shouldnt be in business.
