I would like to reach out to Costco and thank you for hiring Melanie Santos at the Queensway Costco in Etobicoke. I have never experienced dealing with such an amazing individual. She went above and beyond and advocated for me when I was at a breaking point. She made me feel important and listened to my situation. She calmed me and dealt with it in such a professional manner. She should be a role model for all employees. Exceptional is not even enough to describe her. So I wanted to thank costco for hiring her and a special thank you to Melanie for being there for me.
