Purchased a dress from www.newadoringdress.com and when it arrived it smelled terrible and nasty! I contacted customer service and told them that I want to return the smelly dress and get my money back. They refused to refund me because in their opinion that was not a problem. Their rep told me to clean the dress. That was the only thing they said! How terrible is that?? I think that was a good reason for them to refund me. I'm absolutely disgusted with my dress and their support! I will not buy again!
