Terrible customer service! No manager to talk to.

Trying to do my taxes. They neglected to send me a 1095-A for 2020. No reason beyond its under investigation. Need to have both my husband and myself present for each phone call which is ridiculous. We both work jobs with different schedules. Why are they in violation of having this form sent to me by 1/31/2021? I have no answers and am very upset with their service. I do not recommend them. User's recommendation: DO NOT USE!!!
