The communication was terrible throughout the process. I would be promised returned phone calls (still hasn’t happened), the initial appointment was cancelled the day before at the end of the day once I had already rearranged my schedule (and took the initiative to confirm) and once rescheduled the installer arrival time moved three times again totally throwing off my work schedule. I would not recommend Shed Liquidators again due to their poor communication. The product and installation were smooth but getting to that point was a serious hassle. Customer service is a 0/10.
