Taking money out of my account twice

On the 3rd of this month September 2021 I ordered a neneThomas tote bag money was taken out of my account on the 3rd and the 7th for the same product I contacted y'all you told me was taken out only once which is not true I am getting a statement from my card Bank holder to prove that the amount was taken out twice I would like to have my $116.52 refund it back into my account ASAP when I get the statement from the bank I will send you a copy but I will never use y'all to order another thing your customer service really sucks and so do y'all for taking advantage of a disabled old woman like myself.
