While, in the end, a technician accessed my machine and performed many functions to rectify the problem, I was disappointed in the amount of time iolo agents spent trying to sell me services without referring my problem to be fixed. User's recommendation: System Mechanic Ultimate Defense is a fine product but service for problems my be hindered by sales pitches for other services.
