In September 2015 we purchased Ceramic Tile for our kitchen and Hardwood Flooring for our family room form Dalton Flooring Outlet located in Norcross, GA. At the time of purchase the store manager informed us the kitchen floor would be done 1st and would take 2 days to install and a 3rd day to dry then they would install the hardwood and it would take 2 days during this time we would not be able to walk on the floors. We scheduled for the work to be done October 19 - 23rd and we scheduled to stay at a hotel during that time. When the installers came they started in the family room removing all the furniture and the carpet. Then it was time for lunch they informed us they were going to lunch and back to the warehouse to get glue. They also informed us that we could have stayed at home until Wednesday while they worked. On Wednesday they were almost finished with both floors when they realized they had run out of the ceramic tile. They called the warehouse to order more tile and the manager informed them he would let them know when the tile was in. On Friday the tile wasn't in I called the warehouse spoke to the manager and he informed me that he knew he should have measured this job himself. He stated that the material wouldn't be in until Monday and they would be able to complete the job then. He state that he would have to figure out a way to make this up to me. On Monday the supplies came an work continued on Tuesday the job was complete and we went home on Wednesday. On Tuesday the store manager called to see how we liked the floors I informed him that we were not going home until Wednesday. He stated that he would call back and he never did.
