I have had 2 cruises cancelled due the virus. I have been waiting for a response from RCCL. I reached out to Cruises Only got some assistance and it then when I made contact with KENDRA @ x37173. She listened to my story and called RCCL. She was on the phone with for almost 2 hours in which I was given idea what was happening. We ironed out some mistakes made by RCCL and I have received some of my funds (only about half). I will be reaching out again to Kendra for another follow up with RCCL. I just wanted to let someone in her department to know how professional and supportive she is.
