Luis Esparza the owner of 1Click Contact Center in Tijuana, Mexico simply stole $1400.00 and did not provide any appointments at all. He said he would not accept PayPal so we sent him a bank wire and we received zero from his company. He just ripped us off and I don't even think the call center even exists. It's all just a scam. User's recommendation: DON'T USE 1CLICK CONTACT CENTER AS IT'S A SCAM.
