This PNC bank branch address: PNC Bank, 230 E W.T. Harris Blvd, Charlotte, NC 28262 Bank staff gave an appointment for open new safe box account and I went on time there. After I waited for few minutes in the bank, branch manager came and said that we can't open a new safe locker box there was mis-understanding regarding the appointment. I spoke with manager when appointment was scheduled, but he lied saying that he never spoke with me. This is crap branch and wasted 1 hours of my time literally. This is un-acceptable and some action should be taken against the branch manager and the person who fixed the appointment with us. I am going to cancel all my account with this bank and ban for rest of the life. User's recommendation: Do not open account in PNC any more.
