I recently purchased a wig from ShopHairWigs and I have to say that the ordering process was quite confusing. The colour of the wig ended up being darker than expected, plus my order was made twice by mistake. My problem was resolved quickly by their customer service team, but it did take a few days for them to respond. In the future I would definitely recommend making sure to double check all your orders before finalizing them with this store.

Yes color mismatch is a problem for many online stores of hair dyes, lipsticks, mascaras, etc. It is advisable to see the product in real life before buying online.
